Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@richellondon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@richellondon.com. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes. We strive to ensure our delivery information on site is as accurate as possible, however on some occasions packages may be delayed due to factors out of our control.

DHL ON-DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following free delivery options:

Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.

You will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY Please provide your Mobile Number and E-mail.
ODD will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.We have faced increasing complexities in transporting your orders from our UK warehouse to World Wide Delivery by DHL Express and have been trying our best to adapt to this new approach.

UK Mainland Express - Standard Delivery
Our tracked Express Domestic UK Delivery: 
RoyalMail Express service takes approximately 1-2 business days. 
Evri Standard Delivery service takes  approximately 3-5 business days. . Our Delivery Couirer will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from DPD, there are options to change or divert the delivery.
Alternatively, a service through Royal Mail Standard Delivery is available. This service is free and delivery time is approximately 3-4 working days.
If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email please contact us.

Click and Collect
We are able to offer Click and Collect to our stores at this time by following address ;

Collect+
Please ensure that you keep your Collect+ receipt as this is proof of return until the refund is made, as we cannot refund parcels that are lost in transit.

Large Orders
Please note that exceptionally large orders (which include over 10 suits) may take longer to deliver due to delivery restrictions.
