DELIVERY & RETURNS
Dispatch of your order
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be
processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to
Friday will be processed and dispatched the following working Day.
You will receive an email informing you when the order is being
processed and another when we have dispatched it to you. You can track your
order by logging onto your account on our site and viewing your order
status.
Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the
following working day - usually Monday, unless a Bank Holiday then Tuesday.
Please note some personalised products (such as photo / image
cufflinks) take up to 48 hours to prepare prior to dispatch.
Delivery Charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days from dispatch) -
£3.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Monday to Friday service orders placed before 2pm
Express Delivery (Next Working Day) - £8.95
Monday to Friday service orders placed before 2pm
Express Saturday Delivery - £10.95
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm
International Deliveries
We ship to all Worldwide destinations. Once you have
chosen your order please register and then choose the relevant shipping option.
Europe Delivery Charge - £14.95
USA & Rest of World Delivery Charge - £19.95
The above deliveries are based on airmail charges and take
approximately 5-10 working days to arrive.
Refunds
and Returns

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy
shopping experience with The Tie Store however occasionally you may need
to return an item.
All unwanted products need to be returned to us within 30 days
of order date to be eligible for a refund.
To return an item(s) firstly print our Returns Form,
complete it and return it with your goods to:
Unfortunately we do not cover returns postage cost so recommend
that you return your items via registered post. Return postage is at your own
cost and risk.
The returned goods need to be unworn, in their original
packaging with tags attached. If we feel an item has been worn or shows signs
of wear no refund will be processed.
Personalised and engraved items are non-returnable. Some goods
are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect
your statutory rights.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods
while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation,
we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all
goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and,
in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you
are entitled to a refund.
